SERVICES Client understands that all services provided by RockStar (idea) including onsite meetings about current projects, teleconferences and phone calls about current projects, are billed hourly at the appropriate rate for the agreed timeline. INVOICES 40% of total project fee is due upon contract acceptance, a secondary 40% of the project fee will be due upon first draft and the remainder 20% will be due upon project completion (unless otherwise stated or agreed upon). Client further agrees that Client will not unreasonably deny approval. TERMINATION: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon fifteen (15) days’ written notice. RockStar (idea) shall be paid for work performed until the effective date of termination including but not limited to the minimum hosting fees agreed to. Clients with signed estimate approvals may not cancel their project without reasonable cause. CLIENT’S INITIAL DEPOSIT ON THE PROJECT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
