SERVICES Client understands that all services provided by RockStar (idea) including onsite meetings about current projects, teleconferences and phone calls about current projects, are billed hourly at the appropriate rate for the agreed timeline. If you make a request for our services, you will be billed for the time to complete your request along with any required minimums that apply per our Agreement. Written estimates can be made upon request before beginning a project. Services Requested for

INVOICES 40% of total project fee is due upon contract acceptance, a secondary 40% of the project fee will be due upon first draft and the remainder 20% will be due upon project completion (unless otherwise stated or agreed upon). Invoices will be addressed to: CLIENT DELAY: further understands that during the course of the project, Pomegranate may provide Client with drafts along with a request for approval or comment. If no response is received within 10 business days of the request, agrees that additional fees may apply. Client further agrees that Client will not unreasonably deny approval. TERMINATION: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon fifteen (15) days’ written notice. RockStar (idea) shall be paid for work performed until the effective date of termination including but not limited to the minimum hosting fees agreed to. Clients with signed estimate approvals may not cancel their project without reasonable cause. CLIENT’S INITIAL DEPOSIT ON THE PROJECT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
